Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • 1. If the user is not satisfied with the product or service and wants to discontinue, per month bill for the used time period will be calculated and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • 2. No refund will be given after the license has been used for more than 3 days of the subscription time.
  • 3. Refund applicable only for new users and only once per user apply for refund.
  • 4. The refund request should be raised via email or website.
  • 5. Refund policies will be applicable only for purchases more than 3 year.
  • 6. Refund will be processed within 5-7 days of refund request.
